About the committee

The Group of Twenty, or G20 as it is commonly known, is an international forum for the governments and central bank governors from 20 major economies to come together with the aim of studying, reviewing and promoting high-level policy discussion pertaining to the maintenance of international financial stability, seeking to go beyond the responsibilities of any one organisation. At VicMUN 2018, economy ministers will meet to discuss the world’s most pressing economic issues.
